Yeah, the market is getting crazy again, so you better buckle up and make sure you have all the stock tracking tools you need to ride it out. Of course, a great stock tracking app is key, but just as important are a full cup of coffee or tea (we like these), Chex Mix or Veggie Straws or whatever your salty snack of choice, and, of course, your loyal dog (or cat) by your feet.

Set up notifications on your stocks or other topics to ensure you don’t miss critical information that could help inform your decisions. You can never have too much information; just don’t be that guy at the party that keeps saying, “Did you know that…?” 🙂

If the stress of the market is getting to you, go to the app settings, set up a user name, turn on Include My Portfolios, and the alert to join the Best Portfolio of the Day game. It’s anonymous, and you don’t have to do anything to participate. You’ll get an alert once a day that shares the top-performing portfolio so you can check it out and see if there’s anything you might want to look into further. Or, if your portfolio is featured, you can sit back and rest on your laurels until the market shifts in the morning.
